Let me share a honest review about this ipo.

This is a certified precision engineering

company, manufactures bearing cages and stamped components.

IT IS A MULTI NATIONAL COMPANY HAS SETUPS IN CHINA AND ROMANIA AS WELL.

The company supplies components to over 25 countries globally. The main idea of the ipo is for Expansion, New machinery, More office setups and reduce their debts as well.

IPO Date : 14th to 16th sep.

Price : 314 to 330

Issue size: 755cr(40% OFS)

Allotment date : 21st sep

Listing date : 26th sep

The company is expecting to raise 755 crores, out of which 455 is fresh allotment and the balance 300 crores is (OFS) offer for sale from the promoters.

This is one major positive aspect that i see in this listing.

✅ Net profit for the last 3 years were 21 crores, 45 crores and the latest was 91 crores.

I look at this company as a good sound portfolio stock. An Mnc with decent revenue growth and future prospect.

I can say Harsha engineers is a long term stock that you can rely on and when you speak about targets..It is not something that is going to stop soon. I see a very good long run.

Though the allotment for retail investors stands at 35% only, it doesn't stop investors from subscribing. The last day has seen an overall of about 75 times subscribed, out of which 17x is retail investors and 175+ times from (QIB's)

Qualified Institutional Buyers.

For the company, i feel giving a 5 star rating is pretty straightforward and truthful. I expect a good move right from day one and it should be nothing less than 40 to 50%.

And if the markets are going to continue this bull run, then my targets are way higher than you can ever imagine.
